Important supplies to maintain your pool

Becoming a pool owner, there are tools that everyone should have in order to properly maintain their water. Our recommendations are for high quality products that are meant to last! Those are:

Pro Tuff Telescoping Pool Pole with Leaf Net

  • Pole, most pools should have an 8-16' pole: We recommend the Pro Tuff telescopic pole. It has a lifetime warranty, easily extends, and works for the most demanding jobs.
  • Test strips or test kit: Aquacheck strips work the best and are easy to understand if your chemicals are in range.
  • Skimmer net: WWD POOL Pool Skimmer Net, or any reinforced skimmer net.
  • Leaf rake: We recommend one by either Pro Tuff or Leslie's
  • Vacuum head: Hayward SP1068 Pool Vacuum Cleaner Head
  • Vacuum hose: Poolmaster Commercial In-Ground Swimming Pool Vacuum Hose With Swivel Cuff. Durable, doesn't collapse, and will last.
  • Vacuum plate: goes over skimmer basket. Typically you can determine which plate is needed by looking at the skimmer basket. Vacuuming into the skimmer with basket in place will trap large debris into the basket and prevent sucking large objects into the pool lines.
